SEA URCHIN CAVIAR IN BRINE (Paracentrotus
lividus)
Sea urchins are very rich in calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous
and proteins. Among their taste qualities we could point out their
excellent sea flavour. Collected between October and April.
Ingredients: Sea urchin eggs (Paracentrotus lívidus),
water and salt.

SEA URCHIN CAVIAR WITH WAKAME IN BRINE
(Paracentrotus lividus - Undaria pinnatifida)
Sea urchins are very rich in calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous
and proteins. Wakame is a seaweed with a delicate appearance which
is gentle on the palate. Very rich in proteins, fibre, vitamin
C, iodine, calcium (outstanding), iron, magnesium and phosphorous.
Practically 0% fat. Combined they have an excellent sea flavour.
Wakame is collected from January to May, sea urchin eggs from
October to April.

SMALL SARDINES IN OLIVE OIL (Sardina pilchardus)
The pilchard, a species with an excellent flavour and highly valued
in Spanish cookery, in perfect combination with olive oil, that
jewel of Mediterranean cuisine, is excellent as an aperitif or
combined with vegetables as a main course.

WHITE TUNA IN OLIVE OIL (Thunnus alalunga)
The albacore is a seasonal product which is only caught during
the summer on the Cantabrian coast. The season begins in June
and ends in September. Catches are made using traditional methods
guaranteeing extraordinary quality and freshness.
Ingredients: Albacore (Thunnus Alalunga), olive oil and
salt.

MUSSELS IN PICKLET SAUCE (Mytilus galloprovincialis)
Marinated mussels form a legendary part of Spanish cuisine. GALLAECIA
PREMIUM presents them in the original recipe made by our ancestors.
To prepare them we have the best raw materials, mussels cultivated
traditionally on well barges. It is a balanced, healthy food,
good for diets and rich in proteins, vitamins and mineral salts.
As it is a cultivated product, it can generally be caught all
year.
