Edible seaweeds are synonymous with quality, nutrition and health
in the modern diet. They are established as the natural nutritional
elements most complete in vitamins, proteins and trace elements,
providing scientifically proven beneficial health properties.
In fact, certain marine vegetables contain between 10 and 20 times
more minerals than land ones. Among other benefits, they help
to reduce the cholesterol level, contribute towards keeping skin
young and hair healthy, reduce stress, provide calcium for bones
and teeth, etc.
Gallaecia Premium includes among its high-quality products,
a range of dehydrated and preserved seaweeds from the delicatessen
that is the Atlantic Ocean. All our seaweed is of wild origin,
collected and prepared traditionally without using preservatives
or colourings in their production.
